Services

Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for delivering the services.

Adhere to the payment terms specified in the service agreement.

Refrain from using the services for unlawful or unethical activities.
Payments and Fees

Payments must be made as per the invoice or agreed-upon schedule.

Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information exchanged during the engagement.
Intellectual Property

The Client retains ownership of their intellectual property.

The Company retains ownership of campaign strategies, creative content, and deliverables unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice, as outlined in the service agreement.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

The Company’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the services rendered.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the use of the services.
Modifications to Terms
